Armed Forces Covenant
XIPHOS Strategic Safety Ltd. proudly supports the Armed Forces Covenant, pledging our support and commitment to our Armed Forces Community.
We recognise the contribution that Service personnel, reservists, veterans, the cadet movement and military families make to our organisation, our community and to the country. We will seek to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant by:
- Promoting the Armed Forces: promoting at every opportunity, that we are an Armed Forces-friendly organisation to customers, suppliers, contractors and wider public.
- UK Service Veterans and Leavers: supporting and mentoring veterans through recognised institutions free of charge, recognising military skills and qualifications and working with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) to support the employment of Service leavers into civilian employment.
- Armed Forces Charities: supporting Armed Forces charities with fundraising and supporting staff who volunteer to assist.
- National Events: supporting Armed Forces Day, Reserves Day, the Poppy Appeal Day and Remembrance activities.

As an Executive Director with over 25 years of experience in high-hazard, operationally complex industries, I have a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver safe, reliable and high-performance operations.
I specialise in strengthening operational discipline, enhancing risk management, and embedding compliance frameworks that enable consistent, scalable performance.
My leadership background spans the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa across maritime, oil & gas and rail. I have demonstrable experience in major events, construction and the Built Sector. I have directed large-scale programmes that improve operational resilience, elevate safety and standardise risk and compliance governance across diverse geographies and cultures.
